DUI / Drug Evaluations

Online Evaluations are for persons who are required to complete an evaluation in another state where they received a DUI, drug or alcohol offense. The purpose of an evaluation is to determine the presence of alcohol, drug or other problems that require education or treatment before driving privileges are restored. After completing registration and payment you will be given a link for the online evaluations login and instructions for completing.

Idaho Resident or DUI in Idaho? Online evaluations through video-conferencing are available for persons who received a DUI in Idaho and live out of state or live in Idaho but are experiencing problems finding a licensed evaluator in their area. Requirements: A webcam and Skype is required for identity verification and the online interview.
