This online 8-hour DWI class is designed for first time offenders in the State of MINNESOTA ONLY.
IMPORTANT! Not all counties accept online classes, so please get approval from your county's probation agency or court before enrolling. If you are completing a DWI class for another state, please select the 8 hour Online DUI Course from the class list. NOTE: State of Nevada also has its own class.

OPTIONAL: If you are required to attend a victims panel, this class has a FREE 60 minute Victims Impact Panel session included. You will receive an additional certificate of completion for the Victims Impact Panel.
