16 Hour Cognitive Self-Change Class

This online class meets requirements for persons required by the court or other legal agency to complete an 16 Hour Cognitive Self-Change, Thinking Errors Class or Conflict Management Class. It consists of topic areas that support pro-social interactions. Each component provides a step by step process to help participants address real life situations. Participants are encouraged to practice these steps in their own real life situations.
