Online DUI evaluations are available for persons required to complete an evaluation for the court or DMV to determine the type of education or counseling required for DUI offenses. Once you complete payment, you will be provided with a link to complete your online evaluation. Your completed evaluation will be sent to you by email.
You are responsible for submitting your report to the court or DMV. If you have state required forms, please fax them to our office: 1-208-388-1687.
If you are a resident of IDAHO, you are NOT ALLOWED to take an online evaluation. You must schedule an In Person Evaluation by calling 368-9909.
